All custom soccer balls and wholesale soccer ball orders are manufactured to order for export. As a soccer ball exporter, we guarantee on-time production — please review our terms carefully before placing your bulk order.
How to Order Custom Soccer Balls
Advance Payment (50%)
Production of your bulk soccer ball order begins only after we receive the 50% advance payment via T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), or Western Union.
On-Time Production
We take full responsibility for manufacturing your custom football balls within the agreed lead time of 20–45 business days, depending on order size and customization complexity.
Dispatch & Handover to Carrier
After the balance payment (remaining 50%), your soccer balls are handed over to your chosen freight forwarder or shipping carrier. Tracking details are shared with you immediately.
On-Time Production Commitment
We take full responsibility for producing and dispatching your custom soccer ball order within the agreed timeline. Our commitment ends the moment your goods are handed over to the shipping carrier in ready-to-ship condition. Delays caused by shipping providers are handled by the freight company, not Verdebal.
Shipping Disclaimer for Bulk Orders
Shipping of wholesale soccer balls is handled by independent third-party logistics providers. Their schedules and operations are beyond our control. Verdebal is NOT responsible for:
- Delays caused by shipping lines, airlines, or freight forwarders
- Port congestion, customs clearance, or inspection holds
- Weather-related delays, strikes, or route diversions
- Loss, damage, or theft of goods during transit
- Incorrect address or documentation provided by the buyer
- Import duties, taxes, or tariffs imposed by destination country
💡 We strongly recommend arranging cargo insurance through your freight forwarder for peace of mind.
No Refund Policy for Custom Orders
All sales are final. Once payment is received and the custom soccer ball order is confirmed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This applies to all wholesale and bulk orders because:
- All soccer balls are manufactured to order based on buyer specifications
- Custom-branded soccer equipment cannot be resold to other clients
- Pre-production samples and approvals are provided before mass production begins
- Shipment delays caused by third-party carriers are not grounds for refund
- Manufacturing costs (materials, labor, customization) begin immediately after order confirmation
Replacement for Manufacturing Defects
In case of a verified manufacturing defect in your soccer balls, we offer replacement in the next shipment or a credit note for future orders.
Claim requirements:
- Submit claims in writing within 7 days of receiving the shipment
- Provide clear photos or videos showing the defect
- Include original invoice and packing list
- Damages from shipping, customs handling, or misuse are NOT eligible
